Exchange Policy

We want every piece to fit you perfectly. If something is not right, you can exchange it under the conditions below.

Exchange window

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Item condition

  • The item must be unworn.
  • The item must be unwashed.
  • All labels and tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

What you can exchange for

You may exchange for a different size, or for a different model of the same price.

Exchange delivery fee

A $4 delivery fee is charged by the delivery company for every exchange, payable on pickup/delivery.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 76 918 746 with your order number and the size or model you would like instead, and we will arrange the swap with the delivery company.
