By placing an order on boldmenswear.com you agree to the terms below. BOLD Menswear is a menswear retailer based in Lebanon.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we accept it. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you to offer a replacement or cancel the order at no cost.
Pricing and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon for a flat $4 fee, normally within 1–3 business days. Delivery is handled by an external delivery company; delays outside our control may occur.
Payment
You can pay online at checkout or in cash on delivery. Orders paid on delivery must be settled in full to the delivery driver.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order for unworn, unwashed items with all labels attached and in original condition. Exchanges may be for a different size or a different model of the same price. A $4 delivery fee is charged by the delivery company for exchanges. See our exchange policy for full details.
Product presentation
We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences may appear depending on your screen.
